Our association with Day Consultants adds another 30 years of China expertise with notable depth in copyright and trademark issues, motion pictures, digital content, and software in China . Until earlier this year, Mark Day, its Founder and Managing Director, had served Chief Representative in China and Regional Legal Counsel, Asia-Pacific for the Motion Picture Association of America (MPA). He remains MPA's legal counsel on China litigation and other matters. Mark is also working closely with Microsoft Corporation and ISAN-IA under the International Standards Organization in Geneva and others in the media, entertainment, and software industries to develop the use of anti-counterfeiting technology for global application. His involvement with China goes back to his early Chinese language and history studies at the University of Queensland in his native Australia , in the 1970s. He was among the first foreign students to study in China when the universities reopened after the cultural revolution, entering the Beijing Languages Institute for postgraduate language studies in 1979 and then, from 1980 to 1983, at Nanjing University. After that, from 1984, when Australia reopened its consulate in Shanghai , he served for a number of years as a Trade Commissioner for Australia there. He moves among his office in Sydney, another in Shanghai , and our office in Beijing .

Its managers are experts in international project financing, trade financing, raising private equity, business development and marketing with a Washington insider's expertise on how to access government programs and political support for international business transactions. Interlink has successfully arranged billions of dollars of financing and used government advocacy and strategic industry relations to structure transactions world wide.

Established in Switzerland in 1979, the International Public Affairs Centre (I.P.A.C.) is an independent non-profit organization operating under the legal supervision of the Swiss Federal Government. Similar to the US Business Roundtable, it operates as an association of business executives focusing on public issues that affect the economy, and developing positions reflecting sound economic and social principles. Its Presidency is based in Belgium, seat of the European Union.
